Finding a role
All current vacancies with The Prince's Trust are advertised on
our website. Here you can search for a particular role, view a list
of our current vacancies or apply online.
Applying for a role
We ask that all applications for roles at The Trust are made
online. To apply, find a position that suits you and select 'click
here to apply' which is located at the base of the job advert. This
will take you to the relevant application form.
If you are unable to complete an online form please contact the
recruitment team on: recruitment@princes-trust.org.uk
and we will provide an application form in a suitable alternative
format.
The shortlisting process
Once a vacancy has closed all applications will be sent to the
shortlisting panel and you will then be contacted by email
informing you of the outcome of your application. If you are
invited to interview, the recruiting manager will contact you to
arrange the date and time and these details will then be confirmed
by email.
If you are not invited to interview you will also receive an
email, however, due to the volume of applications we receive we are
unable to provide feedback to those not shortlisted for
interview.
Interviews
Interviews are a two way process for us to explore further your
suitability for the role and offer you the opportunity to expand on
the skills and experience outlined in your application. We aim to
give candidates as much notice as possible of their interview. Your
invite to interview email all contain all the information you will
need.
After interview
All candidates will be informed of the outcome of their
interview and we aim to do this as soon as possible.
Candidates who are not successful at interview stage can receive
feedback at this stage.
