The Prince of Wales Foundation USA, is The
Trust's affiliate organisation based in Washington enabling tax
efficient giving for US supporters of His Royal Highnesses
philanthropic interests, including The Prince’s Trust.
The Prince’s Trust is fortunate to have a growing base of
American supporters who see real value investing in the lives of
disadvantaged and marginalised young people in the UK. Channeling
their support through The Prince of Wales Foundation USA enables
them to do so tax efficiently.

The Prince of Wales Foundation was founded in The United States
by HRH The Prince of Wales in 1997.
The Foundation is a US registered charity that is exempt from
federal income tax pursuant to section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal
Revenue Code. EIN: 36-3820023.
The relationship between the United States of America and the
United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (U.K.) goes
back almost two hundred years.
This special relationship is just as important today as it has
