What tasks might be involved?
There are admin assistant roles within several departments
including: Facilities, HR, and Marketing. During your interview you
can discuss which of these roles you would be most interested
in.

- General admin, including filing, scanning,
labelling, faxing, photocopying etc

1 x placement in the Commercial Litigation department as a
Secretarial Assistant
1 x placement in either HR, Marketing or
Facilities

- Are lunch expenses paid? Yes (up to £12.50 per week)

- As a law firm, we deal daily with confidential information and
it is extremely important that anyone undertaking a work placement
with us respects that confidentiality. In this regard
we will ask attendees to sign a confidentiality agreement.
- We would like to be informed of any applicants who have unspent
criminal convictions.
- In order to fully benefit from the experience of undertaking a
work placement with us, we will review your progress at the end of
the placement and give you feedback - we would like your feedback
too!
