Fitness and training
You will need to be physically prepared to complete this
challenge as this is a tough itinerary, made even more so by the
high altitude.
People of all current fitness levels are very
welcome to take part as long as you are committed to getting fit
and have a healthy spirit of adventure!
We have a recommended training schedule to help
get you up to the necessary level of fitness and to make your
training enjoyable.
Fundraising
We will support you in your fundraising with advice, monthly
newsletters and ideas from previous participants to help you reach
- and surpass - your target.
When you register for the challenge you will set up an online
fundraising page. We would strongly prefer you to use a Prince's
Trust online fundraising page rather than a third party site such
as JustGiving because it will save us significant administrative
charges.
