Fitness and training
This is a tough Challenge and you will need to be physically
well prepared.
People of all current fitness levels are very
welcome to take part as long as you are committed to getting
fit!
We have a recommended training schedule to help
get you up to the necessary level of fitness and to make your
training enjoyable!
Fundraising
We have a full fundraising information pack, monthly
newsletters and ideas from previous participants to help you reach
and surpass your target.
When you register for the Challenge you will set up an online
fundraising page. We would strongly prefer you to use a Prince's
Trust online fundraising page rather than a third party site such
as JustGiving because it will save us significant administrative
charges.
